Job Title: AI/ML Engineer
Experience: 3–7 Years

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions for predictive analytics, forecasting, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, data science, and model deployment, with the ability to transform large datasets into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
2. Build predictive analytics and forecasting models using structured and unstructured data.
3. Develop recommendation systems and intelligent decision-making algorithms.
4. Implement time-series forecasting models for trend and pattern analysis.
5. Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization.
6. Develop data pipelines for data collection, processing, and model training.
7. Evaluate, monitor, and improve model performance using appropriate metrics.
8. Deploy AI/ML models using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices.
9. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
10. Research and implement the latest AI/ML techniques and technologies.
Required Skills
1. Strong proficiency in Python.
2. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and related ML frameworks.
3. Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
4. Knowledge of Time Series Forecasting techniques.
5. Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and data visualization tools.
6. Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
7. Understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
8. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
9. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills
1. Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
2. Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and MLOps.
3. Experience working with real-time data processing and streaming platforms.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2. 3–7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
