Head of AI/ML Practice – Job Description Position Experience Location Employment Type Head of AI/ML Practice 10+ Years Remote (Pan-India) Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of AI/ML Practice to lead and grow our AI business unit. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise, practice leadership, inside sales capability, customer engagement, and delivery management. The ideal candidate should not only architect and build advanced AI/ML solutions but also actively contribute to business growth, pre-sales, client acquisition, solution consulting, and team management. AI/ML Practice Leadership • Build, lead, and scale the organization’s AI/ML practice. • Define AI/ML strategy, roadmap, service offerings, and innovation initiatives. • Mentor and manage AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects. • Establish best practices for AI development, deployment, governance, and scalability. Hands-on Technical Development • Participate in architecture design and hands-on coding of AI/ML solutions. • Develop and fine-tune LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Generative AI applications. • Build production-grade AI systems using Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases. • Design scalable APIs, AI agents, copilots, and enterprise AI workflows
