We are looking for an experienced AI & Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions while partnering closely with clients to solve complex business challenges using Generative AI and modern cloud technologies.
Role Overview
As an AI & Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable AI-driven solutions, defining technical architecture, and providing strategic guidance throughout the solution lifecycle. This is a client-facing role that combines deep technical expertise with solution consulting, technical leadership, and pre-sales support.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building production-grade AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and cloud-native architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning solution architectures.
- Build scalable solutions using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Define cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand business requirements and recommend suitable AI solutions.
- Drive solution design, architecture reviews, technology selection, and implementation strategies.
- Support technical pre-sales activities including solution presentations, proposals, RFP responses, estimations, and client workshops.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of AI platforms.
- Mentor architects and senior engineers while establishing engineering best practices and reusable architecture frameworks.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into enterprise solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI.
- Strong experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or Vertex AI.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, or Qdrant.
- Experience designing REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong cloud expertise in AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of MLOps, AI deployment, model monitoring, and AI governance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, and Data Engineering.
- Exposure to MLflow, SageMaker, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or dbt.
- Experience working in IT Services, Consulting, GCC, or Digital Engineering organizations.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, client workshops, and solution consulting.
- Relevant AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.
