Our Early Career Program is aimed at graduates from all disciplines who are looking to integrate a diverse international community and to start a career that nurtures their potential. The Early Career Program is for those who enjoy exchanges and negotiations and who could see themselves interacting with brokers and customers internationally. The goal of our program is to help you build an exciting and fulfilling career at AIG. You will have the chance to join our Portfolio Solutions department with a focus on SME business for both Accident & Health and Financial Lines.

In addition to the training on-the-job, you will participate in the AIG Academy, a two-year structured development program designed to support and accelerate your strengths and interests. To help you succeed, we make sure you receive above-average remuneration, regardless of your degree. You will be accompanied by a mentor, and you will have the chance to participate in global workshops, master classes, as well as networking events to get to know colleagues from AIG worldwide. You will receive a permanent employment contract.

What You Bring


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, Sales Administration, Natural Sciences or a comparable course of study graduated in 2023 or 2024
  • Initial work experience through internships is an advantage, ideally in the insurance sector
  • Motivated by innovation and novelty
  • Readiness to be on a steep learning curve and agile comprehension skills
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as willingness to make decisions
  • Very good Dutch and English language skills
  • MS Office skills
