2025 - Early Career, Underwriting Analyst

When you join AIG, you will be part of a connected cohort community of early career talent participating in a program that equips you with learning experiences and skills needed to launch your career. From day one, you will develop your knowledge and understanding of AIG and the insurance industry and learn new skills through meaningful on-the-job experiences and instructor-led masterclasses. AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about the insurance industry. Candidate for Bachelor's or Master's degree to be received no later than June 2025 (unofficial transcript required upon application). The Early Career Analyst program will start on July 28, 2025.
