🔥Hiring: AIF Operations Professional for one of the leading Financial Services Firm | 📍 Mumbai
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong operational, accounting, compliance and investor servicing experience across Category II & III AIF schemes from Asset Management Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting, trade processing and NAV for AIF schemes
• Coordinate with custodians, banks, brokers, auditors, RTAs and vendors
• Handle drawdown calls, reconciliations and unit allotments
• Manage taxation, TDS, return filings and Form 15CA/15CB compliances
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting, audits and operational compliance
• Support investor onboarding, communications and scheme launch activities
• Resolve investor queries and strengthen operational processes
Desired Skills:
• Strong knowledge of AIF operations, fund accounting, and equity/derivatives markets
• Experience with Wealth Spectrum and advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of taxation, compliance and investor servicing
• Strong communication, multitasking and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred:
Experience in AIF Category II & III funds, fund administration and compliance.
