Gather and organise geospatial operations productivity and quality data from multiple sources, including internal teams and outsourced partners. Ensure data accuracy and consistency while managing large datasets. Conducted statistical and trend analysis to identify insights and patterns in operations data. Compare performance metrics and identify correlations between productivity and quality indicators. Develop predictive models to support business strategies. Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track performance and key KPIs. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Provide recommendations to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
