Middle / Senior Research Analyst

We are AIDA Recruitment, a technology and artificial intelligence-based employee search. For our client, we are looking for a Query Management Analyst. Join a globally distributed team working on high-impact cost optimization projects within the Queue and Streaming team. This role will focus on efforts such as migration to AMQ , decommissioning AWS EC2 instances , resizing and consolidation of QA clusters , all aimed at delivering measurable cost savings. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to evaluate search performance and relevance and derive actionable insights. Design and support A / B experiments using advanced SQL skills. Apply Boolean logic to enhance and refine search query behavior. Leverage AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve prompt usability and assess outputs. Collaborate across product, research, and data teams to support platform improvements. Participate in data annotation , human label reviews , UX evaluations , and quality assurance . Create clear documentation and present findings effectively in German or French , and English . Required Qualifications Proven experience in SQL and data analysis . Understanding of Boolean syntax and search logic . Exposure to or enthusiasm for LLM prompt engineering and AI tool evaluation . Background in data annotation , search optimization , or digital platform support . Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities . Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German or French and English .
