Aufgaben

We are looking for an experienced senior manager who will oversee our Global IT function and lead a dynamic team of IT professionals. As Global Head of Information Technology, you will redefine our IT strategy and advance our infrastructure and processes, building the basis to deliver effective business and development initiatives.

Your Role

• Development & Implementation of our global technology strategy. Drive innovation, develop a long term IT vision and strategy while executing on near term goals.
• Overseeing our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, security, and applications in Germany and the US.
• Managing technology resources to ensure efficient IT operations.
• Process Improvement of IT processes. Operate global IT systems and processes at the highest standards.
• Managing the IT budget. Monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost-effective IT services.
• Build business partnerships considering employee experience, empowering end users to self-support wherever possible.
• Ensuring security of our IT systems and data. Create, communicate and enforce policies and IT general controls across the company.
• Achieve compliance with relevant IT regulations and implementation of advanced systems to achieve full compliance in GxP and financial audits and inspections
• Leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals in Germany and potentially the US
  
  

Profil

• Experience in leading and managing a high performing team (5+ years).
• Strong technical background and experience in analysis, design and implementation of IT systems.
• A strong personal commitment to quality, compliance and security
• Experience with computer systems validation, GxP (21 CRF part 11) and financial compliance standards (SOX) is a strong plus
• The ability to empathize and relate to a variety of non-technical users.
• A profound understanding of hardware, software, networking, and security topics.
• Good program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication.
• Performance oriented mindset with a strong bias for action, even in ambiguous situations.
