Founding AI Engineer What You'll Do: Build & Scale AI Systems: Design, optimize, and deploy cutting-edge AI models that power instant game generation. Full-Stack AI Development: Own the entire AI pipeline—data preprocessing, model selection, fine-tuning, inference optimization, and deployment. Game AI Innovation: Architect AI-driven game engines, procedural content generation, and interactive AI experiences. What We're Looking For: Applied AI Mastery: You've built and deployed AI models in real-world products, not just research. Expertise in LLMs, multimodal AI, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning. Systems Thinking & Optimization: You understand AI beyond model accuracy—focusing on inference speeds, cost efficiency, and seamless integration into scalable architectures. Execution Speed & Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, iterate fast, and have experience shipping AI-powered products in hackathon-style environments or startup settings. Experience: Proven experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models, with expertise in NLP, generative AI, and LLMs. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with a focus on building scalable AI solutions. Expertise in deploying and optimizing large language models and generative diffusion models. Backend Development: Deep understanding of python backend to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into scalable architectures.
