Description of Job Function:
The Vice President of Human Resources serves as a strategic partner, driving the development and execution of a people strategy that enables business growth and organizational effectiveness. This role leads all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and compliance, while fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development strategies to build a strong internal talent pipeline
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters with a balanced and business-focused approach
- Supports managers and HR team members in restructuring and termination processes in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefit programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, market competitiveness, and internal equity
- Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. and international labor laws and regulations while advancing initiatives that support employee wellbeing, safety, and inclusion
- Champion a culture of continuous learning by leading training, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Oversee the talent lifecycle processes, including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding
- Establish and monitor key HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure organizational health and effectiveness
- Lead employee engagement strategies that strengthen culture, trust, and retention across the organization
- Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational efficiency
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR team, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning within the function
- Oversee HR systems, technology, and data governance, including HRIS optimization and digital transformation initiatives
- Partner with the leadership team and legal advisors on risk management, policy development, and corporate governance matters
- Lead change management initiatives related to organizational growth, restructuring, or transformation efforts
- Prepare presentations and deliver to the AIB Holdings Board and Board of Trustees either in-person or remotely
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities as applicable

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Ten or more years of experience as an HR senior leadership or executive role in global company within international experience preferred
- Experience leading HR in a global or multi-site environment strongly preferred
- Must have strong business acumen and proven ability to lead change and manage complex projects
- Must be adaptable, people-centric, and ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Must be accurate, detail oriented, dependable, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other HR systems
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of integrity
