Role Description The AI Voicebot Developer will design, build, and optimize voice-based conversational agents that integrate with Devnagri AI’s multilingual infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining voicebot architectures, implementing NLP and speech-related models, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver robust customer-facing solutions. The role involves configuring and integrating voicebots with enterprise systems such as contact centers, CRMs, and mobile applications, as well as monitoring performance, analyzing conversation logs, and iterating based on data-driven insights. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or Node.js).
- Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, especially in designing and training models for speech, intent detection, or dialogue management.
- Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including intent classification, entity recognition, and conversational flow design for voicebots.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar conversational AI platforms).
- Understanding of cloud services and APIs for integrating voicebots with contact centers, CRMs, and other enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Noida, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with multilingual or Indian-language speech/NLP systems, and awareness of compliance, governance, and data security considerations, is an advantage.
