Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically strong AI specialist who can generate high-quality images and videos using generative AI systems and further enhance them through professional motion design and video editing. The ideal candidate should be able to turn creative concepts into polished, production-ready visual content.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality AI-generated videos for marketing, social media, and brand campaigns
• Generate realistic and stylized images based on creative briefs
• Build consistent characters, environments, and visual styles across multiple outputs
• Write and refine prompts to achieve precise visual outcomes from AI systems
• Edit and enhance AI-generated footage into final polished videos
• Add motion design elements, transitions, and visual effects for storytelling impact
• Work closely with business and marketing teams to convert ideas into visual content
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Experiment with new AI-driven workflows to improve quality, speed, and creativity
Eligibility / Qualification
• Experience in advertising, digital media, or content production
• Knowledge of short-form content formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
• Strong motion design sense and ability to create engaging visual sequences
• Experience working on brand campaigns or performance marketing creatives
Required Skills
• Strong experience in AI-based image and video generation workflows
• Advanced prompt engineering and visual direction skills
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, timing, and storytelling
• Ability to maintain consistency of characters and styles across scenes
• Hands-on experience with video editing and motion graphics tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Understanding of pacing, transitions, and cinematic storytelling

• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and ability to interpret creative briefs accurately
