We are seeking a detail-oriented Video QA Annotator with 1+ year of experience in content review, data annotation, or quality assurance to evaluate short video clips used for AI and robotic training. The role involves assessing video quality and relevance based on defined guidelines to ensure only high-quality, usable data is selected for model training.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze video clips to determine whether they meet quality standards for AI training
Evaluate videos based on key parameters such as perspective (first-person view), task authenticity, visibility of actions, and overall clarity
Identify and reject videos containing irrelevant, unclear, staged, or non-productive activities
Accurately select appropriate rejection reasons wherever applicable
Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all annotations
Follow project guidelines, updates, and feedback from quality teams
Participate in qualification tests and ongoing quality control processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in video annotation, content moderation, data labeling, or QA roles
Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Ability to differentiate between real tasks and staged or low-quality content
Good analytical thinking and decision-making ability
Basic understanding of common work environments (home, retail, logistics, industrial, etc.)
Ability to follow structured guidelines and maintain consistency
Performance Expectations
Maintain high accuracy (90%+ quality benchmarks)
Ensure consistency in decision-making across all video evaluations
Meet productivity targets without compromising quality
