Role Title: AI Video Editor & Voice Integrator

Role Overview
You will be responsible for bringing AI visuals to life through editing, sound, and voice—turning raw assets into high-retention videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos using CapCut / Premiere Pro
- Integrate AI voiceovers using tools like ElevenLabs
- Add:
- Background music
- Sound effects
- Subtitles (critical for retention)
- Ensure tight pacing (no dull frames)
- Optimize videos for:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- YouTube long-form
Requirements
- Strong editing sense (timing > effects)
- Experience with AI voice tools
- Understanding of short-form retention psychology
- Ability to deliver 3–5 videos/day
