About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior AI Video Editor / Creator who can transform ideas into high-performing, engaging video content using a combination of AI tools and advanced editing techniques.
This is not a basic editing role — the ideal candidate must understand storytelling, audience psychology, and short-form content trends to create videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities• Create videos from concepts, scripts, or rough ideas
• Edit and optimize content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Use AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and output quality
• Add compelling hooks, captions, transitions, pacing, and effects
• Maintain brand consistency while keeping content fresh and engaging
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and formats
• Contribute to AI-driven video workflows and content systems
Requirements• Senior-level experience in video editing and content creation
• Strong understanding of storytelling and audience engagement
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Grok, Gemini, VO3 or similar)
• Proficiency in CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
Preferred• Experience creating AI-generated videos or character-based content
• Understanding of viral content patterns and hooks (first 3 seconds focus)

• Must have stable internet, backup power, and professional work setup
