Role Description The AI Video Editor role at Alignhex is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the team member will use AI-assisted tools and traditional editing software to assemble, refine, and enhance video content for a variety of digital projects. Responsibilities include organizing raw footage, applying transitions, effects, and motion graphics, performing color correction and grading, and ensuring audio and visual consistency. The AI Video Editor will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content strategists to align video output with project objectives, brand guidelines, and timelines. The role also involves optimizing videos for different platforms, maintaining asset libraries, and staying current with emerging AI video technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and narrative structure.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic color correction to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations.
- Experience with AI-powered video editing tools (e.g., generative video platforms, automated editing suites) and standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, interpret creative briefs, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements (social media, web, and mobile).
- Relevant education or training in media production, animation, design, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
