AI Video Editor (AI-First) + Creative Designer

About the Role
We're building a next-generation AI-powered creative team and are looking for an AI-first Video Editor who believes in working smarter, not harder.
Your primary responsibility will be editing high-quality marketing videos from real-world footage. Graphic design is a strong plus, but video editing is the core focus.
We don't care about degrees we care about your ability to create exceptional content.
What You'll Do
Edit high-quality marketing videos from real camera footage.
Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, product commercials, and brand films.
Use AI tools to speed up editing, generate B-roll, enhance video quality, improve audio, create captions, remove objects, replace backgrounds, and streamline production.
Create engaging, conversion-focused marketing content.
Design basic social media creatives, thumbnails, banners, and product visuals when required.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to execute campaigns.
Continuously experiment with new AI tools and workflows.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong video editing fundamentals.
Good storytelling and visual sense.
Adobe Premiere Pro.
Adobe After Effects.
Adobe Photoshop (basic graphic design is a plus).
Ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong attention to detail.
AI Tools (Hands-on experience with some of these is required)
