What would you be doing?
- End-to-End Ad Performance: Taking ownership of the video ad pipeline for Meta and YouTube and converting AI-first scripts into winning ads.
- Systemized Creative Iteration: Utilizing a proprietary or highly optimized stack (Flux, ElevenLabs, etc.) to generate 10x the creative variations of a traditional agency, allowing for aggressive A/B testing.
- Data-Backed Refinement: Working closely with our growth team to analyze ad performance and rapidly "re-gen" or pivot creative assets based on real-time winning hooks.
- Tech-Stack Integration: Acting as our external R&D arm, identifying and implementing the latest AI video breakthroughs to keep Airblack’s creative ahead of competitors.
What would you be doing?
- Your agency is built on speed. You have a proven track record of delivering high-volume, high-quality video assets in a fraction of the time required by traditional production houses.
- You have a professional, production-grade mastery of Flux/Flow, ElevenLabs, and generative video tools.
- You speak the language of Meta and YouTube. You understand scroll-stoppers, retention curves, and how to design ads that drive a specific ROI/CPA.
- You have the internal infrastructure to handle sudden increases in creative demand without a dip in quality or a lag in communication
