About the Role
Right Sight Market Research Private Limited is looking for a creative AI Video Creator / Motion Graphics Designer who is skilled in creating engaging videos using AI tools and prompt-based workflows.
We are looking for someone who understands modern short-form content, cinematic visuals, AI-generated videos, motion graphics, and social media trends. The ideal candidate should be capable of turning ideas into high-quality video creatives using AI tools and strong prompting skills.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form video creatives using AI tools
- Write effective prompts for AI-generated videos and visuals
- Develop cinematic and engaging motion graphics content
- Create ad creatives, reels, promotional videos, and social media content
- Work with marketing team to produce high-converting creatives
- Stay updated with latest AI video generation trends and tools
Requirements
- Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, etc.
- Strong prompt engineering skills for image/video generation
- Motion graphics and video editing knowledge
- Understanding of cinematic transitions, pacing, and storytelling
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating viral short-form content
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives
- Knowledge of social media ad formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style)
- Ability to create realistic AI-generated scenes and characters
