Role: AI Video Creator (Short-Form Content)

Mission

• Turn raw briefs and product ideas into thumb-stopping, cinematic 15–60 second videos using AI video models—then refine and optimize them for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• What You’ll Do
• Convert product ideas and briefs into strong hooks, micro-storyboards, and shot lists
• Create mood boards and visual directions before execution
• Generate cinematic shots using AI video tools (see skills below)
• Stitch AI-generated shots into cohesive 30–60s vertical videos
• Add captions, sound effects, voiceovers, and music
• Color-match and refine clips for a premium, polished look
• Export 9:16 vertical masters and platform-specific variants
• Continuously iterate based on performance metrics (hook strength, watch time, CTR, A/B tests)
• Build and maintain a repeatable template library for fast production

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AI video generation tools, especially:
• OpenArt (mandatory)
• Google Veo (via Gemini/Flow), Runway Gen-4, Luma Dream Machine / Ray
• Excellent prompt-crafting skills with reference-guided generation
• (style frames, camera angles, lighting, mood)
• Ability to translate ideas into clear visual narratives
• Fast and efficient video editing skills:
• Social edits & captions: CapCut / Descript
• Final polish: Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Solid understanding of vertical storytelling
• (first 3–5 second hook, pacing, retention curves)

Basic audio skills:

• Voice-over cleanup
• Music syncing
• Simple sound design

Details

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (Negotiable based on skill)

Duration: 6 months

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (IST)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
