This is not a traditional editing role.
We’re looking for someone who can create videos using AI tools end-to-end—from idea to output—not just cut footage.
You’ll work on generating, editing, and experimenting with AI-driven video formats across platforms. If you’re someone who is constantly testing new tools, breaking workflows, and figuring out “what’s possible now,” this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Create videos using AI tools (text-to-video, image-to-video, generative visuals, etc.)
- Edit and refine AI-generated content into polished, platform-ready videos
- Experiment with different tools, styles, and formats regularly
- Turn ideas into quick, high-quality outputs (speed matters here)
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align videos with brand narratives
- Stay ahead of trends in AI video and bring new ideas proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora-style tools, etc.)
- Good understanding of prompting, visual storytelling, and pacing
- Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into a finished video independently
- Comfortable working in fast, iterative environments (you’ll ship often)
- Curiosity to explore new tools and workflows continuously
- Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to polish outputs
- Eye for design, motion, and overall visual quality
Good to Have
- Experience creating content for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Background in content marketing or agency environments
Important Note
This role is for builders, not just editors.
If you’re only comfortable with traditional editing workflows, this might not be the right fit.
