About the Role:
We are looking for a fast-moving AI Video Editor to produce high-converting video ads for our mobile apps. Moving beyond traditional editing, you will deeply integrate AI workflows to generate, edit, and scale content. If you can engineer the perfect prompt, generate lifelike AI avatars and stitch them into scroll-stopping performance ads, we want you on the team.
The Setup: Fully remote, flexible hours. We are open to full-time hires or freelance contractors.
What You’ll Do:
- AI Production: Generate lifelike video hooks, avatars, and voiceovers using platforms like HeyGen and ElevenLabs.
- High-Volume Editing: Assemble and polish short-form ads rapidly using Premiere Pro or CapCut, integrating AI assets with b-roll, text overlays, and sound design.
- Iterate & Optimize: Work closely with our creative strategists to translate scripts into ad-ready creatives for Meta and Google Ads, tweaking pacing and visuals for rapid testing cycles.
What You Need:
- AI & Editing Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with AI video/audio generators (HeyGen, Veo, Sora, Grok, ElevenLabs, etc.) and standard editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut PC).
- Prompt Engineering: The ability to accurately prompt LLMs (like Gemini) and visual AI models to get the exact creative output you need.
- Performance Mindset: A strong understanding of direct-response marketing, pacing, and what makes a user stop scrolling.
