We are looking to build a strong AI video production team that can create high-quality cinematic videos using the latest generative AI tools.
Role Overview
- We are looking for a Cinematic AI Video Creator who can generate visually strong and cinematic AI videos using modern AI video tools. The candidate should be able to create realistic characters, cinematic scenes, dialogue-based videos, and AI-generated sequences with proper visual continuity.
- A key part of the role will be creating AI videos with accurate lip sync, character consistency, emotional expressions, cinematic framing, and camera movement.
- This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands AI video tools and can use them to produce high-quality video outputs regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create cinematic AI videos using generative AI tools.
- Generate realistic characters, locations, backgrounds, and scenes using AI.
- Work on dialogue-based AI videos with proper lip sync.
- Maintain character consistency across multiple shots and scenes.
- Create shot-by-shot AI video sequences based on scripts, concepts, or creative briefs.
- Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, voice generation, lip sync, and video enhancement.
- Convert written scripts into visual AI video sequences.
- Create different moods, styles, camera movements, and cinematic looks using AI.
- Edit, refine, upscale, and polish AI-generated videos wherever required.
- Work closely with the creative and production team at the RedAsh Films office.
- Experiment with different AI workflows to achieve the best possible cinematic output.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video tools, platforms, and techniques.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AI video generation.
- Ability to create cinematic visuals, not just basic AI clips.
- Experience with lip sync tools for dialogue-based videos.
- Good visual sense of framing, lighting, camera movement, and mood.
- Ability to maintain character consistency across multiple shots.
- Understanding of storytelling, scene construction, and cinematic continuity.
- Basic editing knowledge using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Ability to write effective prompts for realistic and cinematic outputs.
- Good eye for detail and quality control.
- Willingness to work full-time from office in Andheri West, Mumbai.

- Able to understand creative references and match the required style.
- Good with prompts, visual references, and shot planning.
- Interested in films, web series, advertising, microdramas, or digital storytelling.
- Able to work independently while coordinating with an in-office creative team.
- Comfortable with a full-time office-based role in Andheri West.
Experience Required
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in AI video generation, AI content creation, video editing, motion graphics, filmmaking, or digital content creation.
- Freshers with a strong AI video portfolio may also apply.
- Portfolio Requirement
- Applicants must share samples of AI-generated videos created by them.
Preference will be given to candidates who can show:
- Cinematic AI video samples
- Dialogue-based AI videos
- Lip sync samples
- Character-consistent videos
- AI-generated scenes with strong visual quality
- Before-and-after workflow examples, if available
- Good to have knowledge of filmmaking, direction, editing, or cinematography.
- Experience in creating short films, ads, reels, web content, or microdramas.
- Understanding of Hindi / Hinglish content.
- Ability to work on fast turnarounds.
- Knowledge of sound, voiceover, music, and dialogue sync.
- Basic understanding of post-production workflows.
