Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, Sora or similar) and AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.).
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering for visuals, motion, lighting, realism, and consistent storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion design using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, YouTube growth strategies, B2B content formats, and lead-generation creatives.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong creative mindset.
- Good understanding of branding principles, content marketing, and visual storytelling.
- Awareness of social media trends, YouTube algorithms, and B2B communication tone.
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital advertising creatives.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Create high-impact Generative AI–driven videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and paid campaigns, including high-CTR thumbnails, motion graphics, voiceovers, and storytelling.
- Generate AI-powered images, carousels, reels, and ad creatives while maintaining visual and brand consistency across platforms.
- Write, test, and optimize advanced prompts for AI video and image generation to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Design content aligned with YouTube retention, LinkedIn engagement, and B2B lead-generation objectives, supporting A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, and brand teams to align creative output with campaign goals and audience intent.
- Stay updated with the latest Generative AI advancements, social media trends, and platform algorithm changes.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and storytelling across all digital touchpoints, continuously refining creatives based on performance insights.
