Job Summary:
- High-Quality Content Production: Create, edit, and assemble AI-based footage into polished, engaging videos that align with brand standards and project objectives.
- Efficient Workflow Management: Support the end-to-end production process, including organising media, syncing audio, and managing project files to ensure timely delivery.
- Creative Visual Storytelling: Apply pacing, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance narrative flow and maintain viewer retention across various digital platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all video outputs adhere to specific style guides, colour palettes, and tone of voice to strengthen brand identity.
- Technical Optimisation: Export and compress videos for multiple formats and platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram of Holy India) to ensure maximum technical quality and performance.
- Collaborative Iteration: Incorporate feedback from senior editors and stakeholders through multiple revision cycles to refine final deliverables.
Your Impact & Responsibilities:-
- As an AI video creator, you will be at the heart of our creative engine, transforming ideas from script to screen. You'll craft compelling visual stories that not only grab attention but also drive cultural conversations and business results.
- Concepts from Raw Footage & AI: Take raw footage, concepts, and AI-generated elements and shape them into high-impact brand videos, product showcases, social media content (Reels/Shorts), and influential marketing campaigns.
- AI Video Generation: Pioneer the use of AI in our creative pipeline by leveraging advanced video models like Veo, Higgsfield, Kling, and others to generate custom b-roll, augment scenes, and unlock impossible visual concepts.
- Editing & Post Production: Spearhead the entire post-production process, from the initial rough cut to the final, polished delivery. You will ensure every piece of content is pristine and powerful.
- Innovate on visuals: Push creative boundaries by bringing fresh, unexpected editing solutions and visual styles to the table. Your work will elevate our brands and set new industry standards.
- Storytelling with Videos: Weave together pacing, storytelling, visual composition, and audio to create a seamless and engaging viewer experience.
- Collaborate: Work in a highly collaborative environment alongside our Marketing, Content, and Product teams to build cohesive, multi-channel video campaigns that resonate deeply with our audience.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest editing trends, AI video advancements, motion graphics, colour grading techniques, and cultural movements to ensure our content remains fresh and category-defining.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- We're seeking a creative individual with a passion for storytelling and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on brand videos, social media content, product videos, and campaign films.
- AI Video Generation Skills (Required): Hands-on experience and proficiency in prompting, generating, and manipulating video using state-of-the-art AI video models such as Veo,Higgsfield, Kling, and other emerging platforms.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- A Full Post-Production Skillset: Demonstrable experience with motion graphics, color correction and grading, sound design, basic animation, and blending traditional footage with AI-generated visuals.
- Collaborative: Confident in presenting your work and ideas, embracing feedback, and working seamlessly with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional Storytelling: A deep understanding of what makes a story compelling and the ability to translate that into visually stunning and emotionally resonant video content.
