AI-First · Full-Time · On-site (Gurugram)
Infosec Ventures · Gurugram
Department: Content & Creative
Reports To: Head of Marketing
Experience: 1-3 years (with a strong AI-native portfolio)
Engagement: Full-time
Deliverables: 4 to 6 polished videos/week across formats
Deadline Pace: Fast-paced campaign cycles require 24- 72-hour turnarounds
About the Role
Infosec Ventures operates seven cybersecurity SaaS products and powers awareness campaigns
for government bodies, including Dubai Police's eCrimeHub initiative. Our content reaches CISOs,
enterprise security teams, and everyday users across the UAE, UK, Singapore, and India and it
needs to look and feel world-class.
We're hiring a Video Creator & Editor who doesn't just edit clips, you're the end-to-end creative
engine who takes a brief from concept to published, polished output with minimal hand-holding.
You are fluent in AI-assisted production workflows and treat tools like Veo 3, RunwayML, and
ElevenLabs the way a traditional editor uses Premiere; not as gimmicks, but as force multipliers.
This is a high-ownership role. You'll have creative latitude and real impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
End-to-End Video Production
→ Produce short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips that are 30s to 3 min) and
long-form content (explainer cinematic series, documentaries, e-learning modules - up to 30 min
maximum)
→ Own the full pipeline: brief → script review → edit → motion graphics → sound → colour grade
→ export → platform publish
→ Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all seven products and client
campaigns
AI-Powered Creative Workflows
→ Generate B-roll, concept sequences, and background plates using AI video tools (Veo 3,
RunwayML, Kling, Flow, Seedream, Flux) as an alternative or complement to traditional shooting
→ Integrate AI voiceover and lip-sync workflows (ElevenLabs, similar) for multilingual content
across Arabic, English, Hindi, and other regional languages
→ Apply AI-powered tools for automated captioning, noise removal, smart masking, and upscaling
(Topaz Video AI) to accelerate turnaround without sacrificing quality
→ Write and maintain prompt libraries and workflow SOPs to ensure consistency, version control,
and repeatability across the team
Motion Graphics & Visual Identity
→ Design custom title sequences, animated lower thirds, transitions, and branded intros/outros in
After Effects
→ Build reusable motion templates that other team members can populate without design
dependency
→ Produce infographic-style explainer animations for complex cybersecurity topics for
non-technical audiences
Audio & Post-Production
→ Handle all audio: SFX layering, foley, dialogue cleanup, music licensing/edit, and final mix
→ Ensure broadcast-quality AV sync across all outputs; meticulous file management and version
control are non-negotiable
→ Integrate and refine AI voiceovers for e-learning modules and narrated campaign videos
Platform Strategy & Repurposing
→ Repurpose long-form content into platform-native cuts for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn,
each optimised for aspect ratio, pacing, and algorithm behaviour
→ Implement retention techniques: hooks within the first 3 seconds, chapter breaks, visual
pattern interrupts, and rhythmic pacing informed by current trends
→ Collaborate with writers and producers to develop narrative structures that serve both
storytelling and watch-time objectives
Must-Haves
→ 1-3 years of professional video editing and motion graphics experience and not just hobbyist or
side-project work
→ A portfolio that demonstrates AI-native production: show us a video where AI-generated
visuals, voiceover, or automation played a meaningful role
→ Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; solid working knowledge of
Illustrator and Photoshop
→ Hands-on experience with at least three of the following AI tools: Veo 3 / Google Flow,
RunwayML, ElevenLabs, Kling, Flux, Seedream, Topaz Video AI, or equivalent
→ Strong narrative instinct - you understand pacing, story arc, and what makes a viewer stay or
skip
→ Self-directed work ethic: you don't need daily check-ins to deliver, you need a clear brief and a
deadline
→ Meticulous file hygiene: naming conventions, version control, and project handover
documentation are second nature
Not necessary but good to have
→ Experience creating content for cybersecurity, fintech, government, or enterprise B2B
audiences
→ Ability to work with content across multiple languages - especially Arabic
→ Experience with e-learning platforms (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) or LMS-ready video
packaging
→ Understanding of platform algorithm behaviour and how it affects edit decisions (pacing, hook
placement, chapter tagging)
→ Familiarity with brand compliance requirements for regulated industries or
government-adjacent clients
Why Join Infosec Ventures
→ Work on content that genuinely matters - cybersecurity education protects real people from
real harm
→ Creative freedom within a structured brand framework - you'll have latitude to experiment, not
just execute templates
→ Multi-market exposure: content for UAE government bodies, UK enterprise, Southeast Asia,
and Indian markets
→ AI-first culture - we invest in the right tools and expect you to push their limits
→ Flexible, output-focused environment: we measure what you ship, not when you log in
