We are hiring 2 Prompt Engineers for immediate joining to work on AI-powered video creation for brands and e-commerce businesses. This role is ideal for candidates who are skilled in creating high-quality prompts for consistent product videos, AI avatars, cinematic B-roll, storyboards, and visually strong ad creatives.
The ideal candidate should understand how to use prompting for video generation and creative workflows, and should have practical experience creating consistent visual outputs for products and branded content. Knowledge of Facebook ad creatives, hooks, retention strategies, and Instagram content psychology will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibility
- Create high-quality prompts for AI-generated videos, cinematic B-roll, and branded visual content.
- Generate consistent product visuals and product-based video variations using AI tools.
- Build consistent AI avatars and maintain character consistency across multiple outputs.
- Create storyboard-based prompt flows for ad creatives, reels, and performance marketing videos.
- Develop cinematic scenes, transitions, and visual storytelling prompts for brand videos.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to produce content for e-commerce brands.
- Improve output quality by refining prompts, visual references, styles, and scene direction.
- Support the production of ad creatives designed for customer retention, engagement, and conversions.
- Research hooks, ad angles, and content psychology for Facebook and Instagram creatives.
- Maintain organized prompt libraries, creative workflows, and style consistency.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in prompting for AI video creation, AI visuals, or creative generation.
- Strong understanding of prompt writing for video generation and image-to-video workflows.
- Experience in creating cinematic B-roll, visual storytelling, and storyboard-driven outputs.
- Ability to create consistent product visuals and maintain style consistency.
- Experience with AI avatar generation and consistency across scenes is preferred.
- Good understanding of ad creative structure, visual hooks, and short-form content creation.
- Strong creative sense for fashion, e-commerce, product marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver quickly.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of Facebook ad algorithms and performance creative thinking.
- Understanding of Instagram hooks, retention psychology, and attention-grabbing content formats.
- Experience working on e-commerce ads, UGC-style videos, or D2C brand creatives.
- Familiarity with AI video tools, image generation tools, storyboard tools, and editing workflows.
