What You’ll Do
- Turn ideas, scripts, or raw concepts into fully produced AI-generated videos
- Translate stories into compelling visual narratives with strong storytelling and pacing
- Generate visuals using text-to-image and image-to-video pipelines
- Create high-quality outputs using tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Sora-style models, and AI voice (VO) systems
- Handle the end-to-end pipeline: script → visuals → motion → voice → edit → upscale → final output
- Perform video editing including cuts, transitions, sound design, pacing, and final polish
- Ensure content maintains clarity, engagement, and brand consistency
- Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve speed and quality
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to ship quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong storytelling ability you can turn a simple idea into an engaging narrative
- Solid video editing skills (timing, transitions, sound, pacing, visual flow)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Text-to-image generation
- Image-to-video / video generation tools
- AI voice generation (VO)
- Video editing and upscaling workflows
- Strong understanding of visual composition, pacing, and content structure
- Ability to produce high-quality content under tight timelines
- Strong creative judgment, you know what looks premium vs average
- Self-driven, experimental, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- A strong portfolio of AI-generated video/content work
- (Drive links, Notion, GitHub, or social profiles all work)
- Demonstrated ability to own the full content pipeline end-to-end
Nice to Have
- Experience creating ad creatives or performance marketing content
- Familiarity with cinematic storytelling, motion design, or content scaling
- Experience producing high-volume content without compromising quality
