Hiring: AI Video Artist

Most AI video looks like AI video. We're building a studio that changes that and we need someone who knows why it falls flat and exactly how to fix it.
You’ve seen it: the floaty motion, the inconsistent faces, the lighting that belongs nowhere, the scenes that feel generated instead of directed. You don't just notice it; it bothers you. And more importantly, you know what to do about it.
What You’ll Do
- Direct AI productions end-to-end from script to screen using top-tier tools like Veo, Grok, Runway, Flow AI, and Midjourney.
- Make intentional choices for every scene: shot type, camera movement, light quality, mood, and pacing.
- Crack the consistency problem. Same character, same world, scene after scene, with absolutely zero drift.
- Build Shorts and Reels where the first second earns the next fifteen.
- Wear multiple hats. Function as DP, Art Director, and Editor. At this stage, that's one person.
Who You Are
- A visual thinker first. The AI tools are secondary to your eye.
- You have real work to show. Not "decent for AI," just decent.
- You speak the language of cinematography: coverage, motivated lighting, and shot economy.
- You know the audience. You understand what makes kids' content feel safe, warm, and genuinely watchable.
- You move fast without letting quality become a casualty.

This is early. There is no polished pipeline yet, but we're building one, and you’ll be central to how it takes shape. The upside? Your instincts will define the visual identity of everything we make.
