AI Video Ad Creator (Remote, Contract)
About the role
We’re hiring an AI Video Ad Creator to produce high-performing, AI-generated ads across a variety of styles.
This is an execution-focused role - you’ll be given scripts, storyboards, and clear direction, and your job is to bring them to life using AI tools.
We’re looking for creators who can produce a high volume of engaging, diverse creatives (especially UGC-style content) for different audiences.
Fully remote, contract-based, with consistent workload and potential to move into a full-time role.
What you’ll do
- Create AI-generated video ads using provided scripts and storyboards
- Produce a high volume of creatives in different styles and formats
- Edit and assemble UGC-style ads optimized for performance
- Adapt videos for multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Use AI tools for avatars, voiceovers, and video generation
- Incorporate captions, hooks, and pacing optimized for paid ads
- Collaborate with our team to align on creative direction
- Deliver assets quickly and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
Proven track record creating AI-generated video ads (portfolio required)
Experience in UGC-style ad creation
Hands-on experience with:
- Higgsfield
- Heygen
- ElevenLabs
Strong understanding of what makes ads convert (hooks, pacing, retention)
Ability to work quickly and consistently produce high-quality output
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Highly reliable and detail-oriented
Nice to have
Experience creating ads for direct response or paid media campaigns
Familiarity with A/B testing creatives
