About the Role
This role is for a hands-on operator who can own execution across growth, operations, data, and AI-driven experimentation. You will sit close to the business, translating priorities into clear workflows, tightening follow-through, and helping ideas become real outcomes. The environment is fast, fluid, and highly ambiguous, so the role demands independent judgment, strong attention to detail, and comfort switching between strategic thinking and practical delivery. Success means identifying bottlenecks early, improving conversion and coordination, and building simple systems that make the business more effective. Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day execution engine so priorities move cleanly from plan to delivery, nothing slips through the cracks, and teams stay aligned on what matters most.
- Translate strategy into structured workflows, timelines, and clear deliverables so execution is faster, more consistent, and easier to track across stakeholders.
- Track moving pieces across outreach, client conversations, and internal teams so dependencies are visible early and coordination problems are resolved before they escalate.
- Build simple but effective systems such as dashboards, trackers, and SOPs so work becomes repeatable, measurable, and easier to manage at scale.
- Identify bottlenecks early and fix them before they become larger problems so campaigns, client activation, and internal execution keep moving without avoidable delay.
- Improve outreach campaigns by spotting gaps in copy, targeting, sequencing, timing, and reply handling so growth efforts convert better and waste less effort.
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to translate conversations into actionable workflows so real business problems are solved, not just discussed.
- Analyse campaign performance and behavioral patterns so messy data becomes clear decisions that improve results and reveal patterns others miss.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong operational judgment with the ability to turn ambiguity into structure so priorities are clear, execution is disciplined, and business follow-through improves.
- Comfort with growth fundamentals such as funnels, outreach, campaigns, and conversion thinking so you can identify where performance breaks and what to test next.
