Role Overview
You will teach children the fundamentals of AI using a structured, company-designed curriculum. Your role is to deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate sessions that make learning fun and meaningful—while instilling responsible digital habits. You will follow set lesson plans but bring your own energy, classroom presence, and ability to adapt to different learners.
Key Responsibilities
Session Delivery
• Deliver live teaching sessions (online and/or in-person) following the company’s curriculum, lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Teach core concepts: what AI is and isn’t, prompting techniques, verifying AI outputs, understanding bias, safety, ethics, and responsible use.
• Use approved AI tools (ChatGPT, image-generation tools, etc.) in supervised, age-appropriate demonstrations.
Student Engagement & Classroom Management
• Foster a supportive, curiosity-driven learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and experimenting.
• Manage classroom dynamics—maintain discipline respectfully while keeping energy levels high.
• Adapt explanations and examples to suit different learning speeds and styles within a single cohort.
Feedback & Reporting
• Track individual student progress and share structured, brief feedback with parents and the operations team after each batch cycle.
• Report session outcomes: what worked well, what needs improvement, and any recurring student challenges or misconceptions.
• Contribute observations to help the curriculum team refine lesson plans and activities over time.
Must-Have Requirements
• 2–10 years of teaching, tutoring, training, or facilitation experience with children or teenagers (ages 10–15 preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication—ability to explain abstract or technical concepts simply, patiently, and with relatable examples.
• Personal comfort using common AI tools (ChatGPT, image generators) and the ability to teach their safe, responsible usage.
• Background in education, child psychology, STEM, coding clubs, robotics, debate, or public-speaking coaching.
• Strong facilitation skills: driving participation, managing activities, and keeping sessions on schedule.
• Professional reliability: punctuality, thorough preparation, and consistent delivery quality across all batches.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners.
Good-to-Have
• Familiarity with child online-safety principles and experience communicating with parents about digital wellbeing.
• Ability to adapt examples and pacing in real time for different learning speeds.
• Comfort with regional languages (Hindi/Marathi) depending on cohort demographics.
• Any certification or training in education.
How to Apply
Please share the following with your application:
• A short introduction video (1–2 minutes) sharing your teaching philosophy and experience.
• A brief teaching demo (optional but strongly encouraged): 3–5 minutes explaining any concept to a young audience.
• Detailed experience summary and references.
