🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Transformation Head – Enterprise Solutions
📍 Gurugram I India
At MSM Unify, we are building the future of AI-led education, workforce transformation, and enterprise capability development across global markets.
We are looking for a high-impact leader to head our AI Transformation vertical, someone who can combine business growth, enterprise consulting, AI implementation, and strategic partnerships into a scalable business engine.
🔹 What You’ll Drive:
• Build and scale MSM Unify’s AI transformation business
• Lead enterprise, university, and government partnerships
• Own ₹35–45 Cr annual business targets
• Design AI-led workforce transformation and productivity solutions
• Work closely with CXOs, academic leaders, and policymakers
• Build scalable AI capability frameworks and delivery models
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 10–15+ years in enterprise solutions, consulting, L&D, SaaS, EdTech, or digital transformation
✔ Strong experience in solution-led enterprise sales and deal structuring
✔ Hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools, workflow design, and implementation
✔ Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
✔ Commercial acumen with the ability to scale new business verticals
