Role Description The AI Training Teacher is responsible for designing and delivering clear, structured training programs that help learners understand and effectively use AI tools and concepts. In this full-time remote role, the teacher will create instructional materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises tailored to different skill levels and professional backgrounds. Daily tasks include conducting live or recorded training sessions, demonstrating AI use cases, guiding learners through hands-on activities, and answering questions in an accessible, inclusive manner. The role also involves assessing learner progress, collecting feedback, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to keep training content current and aligned with new features and industry best practices. The AI Training Teacher will contribute to continuous improvement of curriculum, documentation, and knowledge resources to support both internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning basics, data handling, AI ethics) and the ability to explain them in clear, non-technical language.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or instructional design, preferably in technology or software-related environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create concise training materials, tutorials, and guides.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and online learning platforms, with the ability to engage and support learners in virtual settings.
- Analytical skills to assess learner progress, identify knowledge gaps, and adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
- Familiarity with SaaS products or custom software solutions and an understanding of how AI can enhance business workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and content updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in continuous learning and staying current with advancements in AI, software development, and digital education practices.
