About The Role

We're hiring AI Training Specialists to complete structured tasks that help AI models learn and improve. You'll work on labeling, rating, and evaluating AI outputs across a variety of formats.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Complete structured tasks that train AI systems to be more accurate
  • Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content
  • Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics for each task type
  • Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all assignments
  • Work across text, image, and audio content types

Who You Are

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
  • Clear written communication in English
  • No technical or AI experience required
