Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote AI Trainer to contribute to the development and improvement of AI models. The AI Trainer will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality training datasets, annotating and labeling data, and collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams to refine AI systems. The role involves analyzing model outputs, providing feedback for accuracy improvements, and staying updated on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and data annotation practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, and Dataset Management
- Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and AI Model Training
- Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, and Attention to Detail
- Proficiency in Communication and Collaboration for cross-functional team dynamics
- Basic Programming Skills in Python or similar languages (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with cloud services or platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently while managing responsibilities effectively in a remote environment
