Role Description The AI Trainer will design and deliver in-person training programs on AI, Generative AI, and related technologies for students and professionals at partner institutions in Punjab, India. This full-time, on-site role involves creating curriculum and learning materials, leading workshops and labs, mentoring learners on projects, and providing continuous feedback to improve learning outcomes. The AI Trainer will collaborate with academic and industry partners to align content with current market needs, support assessments and evaluations, and contribute to new initiatives within SmartBridge’s AI-first skilling ecosystem. The role also includes staying updated on emerging AI tools and frameworks, and sharing insights with the team to enhance program quality.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, Generative AI models, and practical application of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, and familiarity with data processing, model training, and evaluation.
- Experience designing or delivering technical training, workshops, or academic courses in AI, data science, or related domains.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, structured, and engaging manner to learners with varying levels of experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills, with a collaborative approach to working with faculty and industry partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of complementary technologies such as Cloud platforms, IoT & Robotics, or Cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Punjab, India and travel within the region as needed for institutional engagements.
