Role Overview
We are looking for Certified AI Trainers who can deliver high-quality, learner-centric training across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate is equal parts technical practitioner and skilled educator — someone who can break down complex concepts, mentor learners through their transition journey, and contribute to building a world-class AI learning experience.
We are hiring for two engagement models:
- Internship (6 months): Best suited for emerging trainers, recent graduates with strong AI/ML foundations, or professionals looking to build teaching experience. Possibility of conversion to full-time based on performance.
- Permanent (Full-Time): For experienced trainers ready to lead programs, shape curriculum, and grow with us long-term.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live training sessions (online and/or hybrid) on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Analytics, Python, and related tools and frameworks.
- Mentor learners one-on-one and in cohorts, providing personalized guidance through their career transition journey.
- Design and refine course content, lesson plans, assessments, capstone projects, and case studies in collaboration with the curriculum team.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and engaging learning experiences for non-technical audiences.
- Provide constructive feedback on learner assignments, projects, and portfolio work.
- Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML — including tools, models, frameworks, and industry use cases — and bring those insights into the classroom.
- Support placement readiness through mock interviews, resume reviews, and technical preparation guidance.
- Contribute to learner outcomes, retention metrics, and program quality improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Industry-recognized certification in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related field (e.g., Google, IBM, AWS, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Coursera/DeepLearning.AI, or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of Python and core AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to teach in Hindi or regional languages is a plus.
- A learner-first mindset and the ability to simplify complex topics with patience and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or content-creation experience (corporate training, bootcamps, EdTech, university teaching, or YouTube/LinkedIn educator).
- Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, vector databases, etc.).
- Exposure to Data Analytics tools — SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel — useful for cross-functional training.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps fundamentals.
- A portfolio of real-world AI projects, GitHub repositories, technical blog posts, or recorded teaching content.
