Role Description
Skill Bloomer is seeking a full-time AI Trainer for an on-site position based in Noida. The AI Trainer will be responsible for training AI models by creating, curating, and refining data sets. This role involves assisting with AI model testing and evaluation, providing detailed feedback, and ensuring consistent model improvement. The trainer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the training aligns with project goals and client requirements. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently, and a passion for improving machine learning systems.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Data Labeling, and Data Preprocessing
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience with Script Writing, Editing, and linguistic analysis
- Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Previous experience with AI training, language modeling, or data annotation is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
