Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Trainer based in Pune District. The AI Trainer will be responsible for training AI/ML models by creating, curating, and annotating datasets. Key responsibilities include analyzing data for accuracy, formalizing guidelines necessary for consistent annotation, and collaborating with the development team. The role also involves identifying patterns in data and suggesting improvement areas for training models.
Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis, data annotation, and understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for identifying trends and patterns in datasets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data annotation and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related fields is preferred; prior training experience is a plus.
