We are looking for a Course Anchor to deliver engaging learning sessions and support working professionals in their growth journey. If you enjoy teaching, facilitating discussions, and guiding learners, this role could be a great fit.
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday & Monday off)
Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + incentives
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver interactive and engaging learning sessions
• Facilitate discussions and guide learners throughout the program
• Create and update curriculum and learning materials
• Support learners in achieving their career and freelancing goals
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in teaching, soft skills training, or a similar role
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience working with or training professionals
• Experience in using AI for Content Creation
