Role Description The AI Trainer / Generative AI Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kaithal. This position involves designing and delivering training programs on artificial intelligence, with a focus on generative AI concepts, tools, and applications. Day-to-day tasks include creating instructional materials, conducting classroom and practical sessions, developing exercises and case studies relevant to law enforcement and institutional use, and evaluating learner performance. The role also requires staying current with AI advancements, adapting curricula to emerging technologies, and collaborating with colleagues to align training with organizational objectives and compliance standards. The instructor will provide guidance to learners, support hands-on projects, and contribute to building an AI-ready culture within the institution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI principles, including common frameworks and tools.
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional delivery, and adult education or technical training, preferably in technology or law enforcement contexts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities to develop relevant case studies and practical training scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Comfort working on-site in Kaithal, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications or postgraduate studies in AI or machine learning are an advantage.
- Familiarity with data ethics, responsible AI practices, and privacy/security considerations, especially in law enforcement or public sector environments.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching, along with a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning.
