Job Description
Dimakh Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Tester to evaluate, validate, and improve the performance of AI-driven systems and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing machine learning models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and ethical compliance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and validate AI/ML models for accuracy, performance, and reliability
- Design and execute test cases for AI-based applications and systems
- Analyze outputs of AI models and identify inconsistencies or biases
- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product teams to improve model performance
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for AI systems
- Document test results, bugs, and improvement recommendations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards
- Monitor AI system performance post-deployment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts
- Experience in software testing (manual and/or automated)
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data outputs
