If you’re looking for a “college-style internship” with safe tasks and zero ownership this is not for you.
This internship is for people who want real product ownership from Day 1, can think independently, move fast, and use AI as a daily productivity tool not a buzzword.
What you’ll work on (Real work that ships)
As an AI Technical Product Manager Intern, you will work directly with the founders/team to:
- Own a product/problem area and drive it end-to-end (discovery → PRD → build → launch → iteration)
- Write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Coordinate with engineering for execution, timelines, and trade-offs
- Use AI tools to work faster and better (research, PRDs, competitive analysis, UX copy, experiments, documentation)
- Define and track metrics (basic product analytics thinking)
- Support launches and post-launch improvements
- Work directly with Engineers during sprints to clarify requirements and unblock decisions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Grooming, Reviews) and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
· (You’re still expected to apply judgment. AI is a tool you own the output.)
- Ownership: Treats the product as your own business. Accountability is non-negotiable.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable speaking the language of developers (APIs, logic, constraints).
- AI Native: Uses AI daily to work smarter, not harder.
