About the Role
Minerra Health is building a next-generation AI-powered platform combining intelligent automation, decisioning systems, and real-world workflow orchestration to solve complex, high-impact problems in metabolic and obesity care.
We're seeking an AI Technical Product & Engineering Lead who thrives in high-ownership, fast-scaling environments — someone who can operate end-to-end from concept through production, driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and delivering scalable, production-grade AI systems.
You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and applied AI — leading development of LLM-driven systems, AI agents, and decisioning platforms that power enterprise workflows across health systems and employers.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end ownership of AI product domains (agents, decisioning, automation)
- Product strategy and roadmap for LLM-driven and ML-driven systems
- Definition of system behavior, orchestration logic, and user workflows
- Decisioning systems that combine rules, ML, and AI
- 0→1 development, followed by scaling, optimization, and platformization
Key Responsibilities
- Own AI initiatives end-to-end — from discovery through production and scale
- Design and deliver AI agents and copilots, decisioning and recommendation systems, and workflow automation layers
- Translate ambiguous business and clinical problems into structured product requirements and system-level designs
- Partner with engineering and data teams on model selection, latency/cost/accuracy tradeoffs, and evaluation frameworks
- Build and manage experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, iterative model improvement)
- Define success metrics and drive product analytics and performance monitoring
- Ensure systems are scalable, resilient, secure, and enterprise-grade
- Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 6–10 years of product management or technical product leadership experience
- Shipped AI/ML products in production (not PoC or internal tooling)
- End-to-end system ownership — problem → design → build → launch → iteration
- Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems
- Ability to articulate tradeoffs across latency, cost, accuracy, and reliability
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, 0→1 environments
Preferred Background
- Experience at Amazon / AWS / Google / Microsoft, or a high-growth AI-first or HealthTech startup (Series A–D)
- Built AI agents, copilots, or decisioning/recommendation systems
- Experience with platform or infrastructure products, multi-tenant SaaS, and enterprise integrations
- Exposure to regulated or complex workflow environments (healthcare, fintech, enterprise SaaS)
Why This Role
- Build category-defining AI systems from the ground up
- Work on mission-critical problems with measurable real-world impact
- High ownership, autonomy, and direct visibility with global leadership
- Early role with meaningful influence on platform and product direction
Working Model
Remote, based in India. Requires overlap with US time zones for key meetings and planning sessions.
