We are looking for a dynamic and passionate professional to lead our AI Education, Training & Program Delivery initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring teams, building impactful learning programs, and staying ahead in the AI & Automation space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum design & learning program development
• Conducting workshops, bootcamps & intensive training programs
• Trainer development & team management
• End-to-end program execution and quality assurance
• AI content creation & industry-relevant learning delivery
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales & leadership teams
Preferred Skills:
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts
• Interest in AI tools & automation technologies
• Experience handling students, professionals & corporate audiences
Experience:
- 1–3 years in training, teaching, technical instruction, or related domains. Experience with AI tools or automation platforms is an added advantage.
