About the Babaclick Graduate Internship Programme '26This is not a passive or observation-led internship.
Interns are expected to contribute meaningfully from the outset through structured problem-solving, analytical reasoning, fast iteration, strong execution capability, and the ability to operate effectively within fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
Interns will contribute across AI-assisted operational workflows, prompt engineering, automation, systems optimisation, structured analysis, internal tooling, operational reporting, API integrations, and modern AI-enabled execution environments.
The programme is intentionally cross-functional in nature, reflecting the growing overlap between operations, analytics, systems, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and commercial execution in modern businesses.
Interns will work closely with senior leadership and core operators across live operational and commercial functions impacting performance, efficiency, scalability, and execution quality across the business.
Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for highly curious, adaptable, and execution-oriented individuals who are comfortable operating within high-accountability environments and learning independently.
Strong candidates will typically demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal fluency in English
- The ability to communicate clearly, structurally, and professionally
- Genuine interest in AI systems, LLMs, automation, analytics, and operational tooling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and figuring things out independently
- A proactive approach towards experimentation, optimisation, and continuous improvement
Candidates should already be reasonably conversant with modern AI tools and AI-assisted workflows. This includes understanding how to interact effectively with LLMs, structure prompts clearly, iterate on outputs intelligently, and utilise AI systems as part of problem-solving and execution workflows rather than simply for casual usage.
The role requires strong comfort working with structured data and operational information, including analysing large datasets, improving data quality, identifying anomalies or inconsistencies, and converting raw information into clear, actionable insights that support operational and commercial decision-making.
Exposure to tools or environments such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Python, APIs, automations, Excel / Google Sheets, front-end or full-stack development, Git/GitHub workflows, analytics tooling, or self-initiated AI projects is beneficial.
Backgrounds in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or similarly analytical disciplines are advantageous, though not mandatory.
More important than formal credentials is the ability to learn quickly, think in systems, adapt well, and execute reliably.

The ability to work effectively with AI systems is becoming an increasingly important professional capability across both technical and operational environments, and this programme is designed for individuals already leaning into that shift.
