About the role: 

We are looking for a skilled and solution-oriented AI Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation systems that improve business operations and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges using AI, workflows, APIs, and backend integrations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build automation pipelines, support AI agents, and improve system efficiency across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Design and build workflow automation using AI tools + logic-based systems
2. Create scalable automation pipelines to streamline internal processes
3. Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and backend services into workflows
4. Support AI agents used for task execution, research, and information retrieval
5. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems for reliability
6. Improve operational efficiency through smart process redesign
7. Collaborate with business and product teams to identify automation opportunities
8. Maintain documentation for workflows, systems, and integrations

Must- have Requirements: 

1. 3–6 years of experience in automation, engineering, backend systems, or related roles
2. Strong understanding of workflow automation tools and process logic
3. Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
4. Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or AI agent workflows
5. Basic knowledge of backend systems, databases, and scripting
6. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Good to Have 

• Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool, or similar
• Exposure to Python, JavaScript, or SQL
• Understanding of cloud systems and SaaS integrations
• Experience building internal productivity tools or bots
• Interest in travel, lifestyle, or premium consumer businesses
