Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Support and Developer, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area with some flexibility for remote work. The selected individual will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting AI-related issues, and contributing to software development projects. Additional tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, enhancing AI performance, and ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Experience in Troubleshooting and providing effective solutions to technical challenges
- Proficiency in Software Development and knowledge of coding best practices
- Hands-on experience with Technical Support to assist with AI system implementations
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction
- Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and related frameworks is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
